Location, welcome and no doubt the friendliness of the staff. view of the room. That they let us swim after having checked out, since we had been all day on the beach making time for the flight and before leaving they offered us a courtesy bath to swim that is priceless. nice gesture! breakfast was very complete.

That on the balcony of my room the light was burned out. After a rainy night, we realized that there was a leak and water was falling through one of the walls. I found the restaurant and bar quite expensive, especially compared to the rest. For example, it can't be that a can of soda costs 80 when it costs 40 next door and in a 7eleven 10, they should have an average. The facilities, such as the sunshades and some areas looked dilapidated, something that is not acceptable in a hotel of this category.

The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. the room was beautifully decorated for our honeymoon without any extra charges. We were treated to a complimentary couples massage at the resort's spa, which was the best massage we've ever had. the buffet meals had a perfect variety and the view was stunning. the shuttle service provided by the resort was very convenient.

Felt very lucky to have found it, no complaints whatsoever.

The stay certainly was excellent value for money. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was absolutely perfect and fabulous. Besides, the location was great for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Jungle Club Samui. The area had a great selection of bars and restaurants. Food was excellent and restaurant was absolutely nice.

Best value for money on Chaweng Noi. Really quiet and nice beach between Lamai and Chaweng. Great for relaxation after a few days in Chaweng's main beach.

The rooms here are beautifully maintained and brand-new, and the location is ideal; the restaurant is very nice for lunch with a selection of tasty dishes.

Location is excellent, about 5 min drive from Chaweng center, The shuttle is free. Spa is excellent, food is good, Sea very clean and sand and palms are like in dreams.

2 main problems - noise from air conditioning is terrible and internet is so poor, that didn't have Skype

the location of the resort was perfect, situated in a tranquil area on the beautiful Chaweng beach. the rooms were large and clean, and the spa services were very appealing. the resort offered a good choice of Eastern and Western food, although I would have appreciated more Asian cuisine since I was in Asia. it was the perfect place for a relaxing break by the sea. Cons: It was all superb! 😊.

Lovely hotel far enough away form the busy part of Chaweng, very relaxing and fairly quiet. Fantastic beach, close to reasonably priced restaurants along the beach

Hot water ran out on a couple of occassions

Location is really great - hotel is actually on the beach. Restaurants and bar are also on the beach and it is great having dinner or a drink there in the evening. Spa facilities are excellent - very good service for a good price. One can take a massage also on the beach for much less money, but the quality is also lower.

Staff doesn't speak good English - it is difficult to understand them. Apart from that I can't say anything esle as negative experiance.

Friendly and helpful staff made our stay at Impiana a delight. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The shuttle service to Chaweng was convenient and allowed us to explore the area easily. The pool area was well-maintained and provided a relaxing spot to unwind. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Koh Samui.

Everything really, location was exactly where we wanted, food was excellent, beach superb and really great staff.

Nice and comfortable hotel, namey the rooms with a sea view. We booked a standard room which was a bit noisy as it'w closed to the road (those ones are to be avoided if you want a quiet room). However, after having discussed with the Hotel Manager, she accepted to give us another room without extra cost and we have been verey grateful for that. The breakfast buffet is very good and diverse ( there's a very efficient French chief). There are free shuttles to the central part of Chaweng Beach (it takes 7/8 minutes)
